  I was not impressed. Food quality was not what I expected for how the restaurant is advertised. For being a "steakhouse", my steak was comparable to the other $9 - $15 steaks from other restaurants but with a much higher price tag. The view was nice and I had a great time with my wife but that's about it. We were also charged an extra $15 due to a mistake with their credit card machine. Not a huge deal but still needs to be noted. Pay with cash and get the lobster mac and cheese even if you don't like lobster. That was about the only plus. Was not impressed with the meal overall for the price.

  We took our 3 teenagers for their first experience. They've been waiting for years to try it. We wanted to wait until they were old enough to TRULY appreciate it. Though we'd been before (myself and my fiancé), I knew that the restaurant had recently been changed so I read some reviews through here and almost changed our minds. The reviews weren't too appealing. In fact, one review showed a different menu than the website had. We went for it anyway. I assure everyone, the menu that you find on the site is the correct menu. Our server, Nicole, was awesome! She was very attentive and on point. Being that I have been in the service industry for many years, I was pleased.

  Their Sunday Brunch is my favorite. The crepe station, the prime rib station, and all the other food is great. The guys works the buffet are always nice and the wait staff is as well. The remodeled and the decor is nice and modern. The spinning top is a nice feature, or takes one hour to make one complete turn. The alcohol menu is decent. I'm a wine drinker, its not the best as far as selection, but not the worst either.

  I'm sure the actual Eighteen at the Radisson is nice, but when I went for my first time it was not actually Eighteens Menu. I had called to see if the restaurant was open, a girl told me yes. So we went for dinner, had been waiting a long time to finally go, my mom and I were so excited to eat at the restaurant that high up and the moving floor. We arrive to the entire restaurant empty. We thought maybe it's just slow for a Monday? We are giving a one sided paper menu with limited options. We were shocked to see how small the menu was. We ordered the steak which was good. Before the food cake out we asked the waitress why the floor wasn't moving? The waitress then tells us that it's not actually open on Mondays and this was the hotel restaurant just using the top floor restaurant for the night. We were so disappointed that we were not told that to start. We asked to see the actual eighteen restaurant menu which was much better than the small one we had ordered from, and we were really upset to know that the day we finally get to go to this restaurant it would not be moving at all. The whole reason we wanted to go was for the moving floor. We had already ordered before any of this came to light so we were stuck with the food we had instead of being able to come back another night. The steak and fries were good. The broccoli was a tiny portion but it was good.
